Email validate

An MCP tool from the Web and Network server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Check an email address: syntax (RFC 5322-ish), whether the domain has MX (or fallback A) records so it can receive mail, and flags for disposable-style or role addresses. It does not contact the mail server, so it cannot prove the mailbox exists.

Name on the gateway: web__email_validate · read-only.

Parameters

How to call it

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
