Http headers
An MCP tool from the Web and Network server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Fetch a URL and report its HTTP status, final URL after redirects, the redirect chain, response headers, server, content type, size and response time. Does not return the body. Use it to debug redirects, caching headers, CORS, or to see what a server is running. Private addresses are refused.
Name on the gateway: web__http_headers · read-only.
Parameters

method | get | head | HEAD is lighter; GET is used automatically if HEAD is refused. |
How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
