Parameters

`ttl`	`integer`	The Time to live (TTL) value of the DNS record
`mxPriority`	`integer`	The MX priority value of the DNS record

`https`	`object`
`comment`	`string`	A comment to add context on what this DNS record is for

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
