Parameters

`projectId`	`string`	Filter access groups by project.
`search`	`string`	Search for access groups by name.
`membersLimit`	`integer`	Number of members to include in the response.
`projectsLimit`	`integer`	Number of projects to include in the response.
`limit`	`integer`	Limit how many access group should be returned.
`next`	`string`	Continuation cursor to retrieve the next page of results.
`teamId`	`string`	The Team identifier to perform the request on behalf of.
`slug`	`string`	The Team slug to perform the request on behalf of.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
