Update an AI Gateway API key budget

Update an AI Gateway API key budget Set, change, or remove the AI Gateway budget on an API key. Creates the budget if the key does not have one. [PATCH /api-keys/{apiKeyID}/quota]

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
