Parameters

`organizationId` required	`string`	The ID of the organization.
`cursor`	`string`	Pagination cursor.
`includeMemberCount`	`boolean`	When true, includes each team's member count in the response.

How to call it

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
