Parameters

`slug`	`string`	The Team slug to perform the request on behalf of.

`cidr` required	`string`	The CIDR block of the network
`name` required	`string`	The name of the network
`region` required	`string`	The region where the network will be created

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
