Create an issuer policy
An MCP tool from the Vercel API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Create an issuer policy Attach a policy to a KMS issuer that grants a project's deployments permission to sign with it. [POST /v1/kms/issuers/{issuerId}/policies]

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
