Pubmed search
An MCP tool from the Public Knowledge server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Search PubMed for biomedical literature: PMID, title, authors, journal, publication date, DOI and a PubMed link. Query supports PubMed syntax ("asthma[MeSH] AND 2023[dp]"). Use crossref_doi for an abstract when a DOI is returned.
Name on the gateway: knowledge__pubmed_search · read-only.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
