Npm package
An MCP tool from the Public Knowledge server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Look up an npm package: latest version, description, weekly downloads, license, dependencies, maintainers, repository, homepage, publish dates, dist-tags and version count. Use it to check a package exists, its current version and how popular it is.
Name on the gateway: knowledge__npm_package · read-only.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
