Github search repos
An MCP tool from the Public Knowledge server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Search public GitHub repositories by keywords, with GitHub's qualifiers ("language:rust stars:>1000 topic:mcp"). Returns name, description, stars, language, last push and URL. The anonymous search API allows only about 10 searches a minute service-wide; results are cached for 30 minutes.
Name on the gateway: knowledge__github_search_repos · read-only.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
