Geocode

An MCP tool from the Public Knowledge server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Find the coordinates, country, region, timezone, population and elevation of a city, town or landmark by name (Open-Meteo geocoding, worldwide). Returns several candidates when the name is ambiguous.

Name on the gateway: knowledge__geocode · read-only.

Parameters

How to call it

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
