Exchange rates
An MCP tool from the Public Knowledge server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Reference exchange rates between world currencies (Frankfurter, from the European Central Bank; updated each working day around 16:00 CET). Get all rates for a base currency or a few targets, for today or a past date back to 1999.
Name on the gateway: knowledge__exchange_rates · read-only.
Parameters

base | string | Base ISO currency code. Default "USD". |
symbols | string | Comma-separated target codes, e.g. "INR,EUR,GBP". Default: all. |
date | string | YYYY-MM-DD for a historical rate. Default latest. |
How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
