Search tickets

An MCP tool from the Intercom API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Search tickets You can search for multiple tickets by the value of their attributes in order to fetch exactly which ones you want. To search for tickets, you send a POST request to… [POST /tickets/search]

How to call it

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
