Set an admin to away

An MCP tool from the Intercom API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Set an admin to away You can set an Admin as away for the Inbox. [PUT /admins/{admin_id}/away]

Name on the gateway: intercom_api__set_away_admin · may change things.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`admin_id` required	`string`	The unique identifier of a given admin
`away_mode_enabled` required	`boolean`	Set to "true" to change the status of the admin to away.
`away_mode_reassign` required	`boolean`	Set to "true" to assign any new conversation replies to your default inbox.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
