Json unflatten

An MCP tool from the Data Formats server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Rebuild nested JSON from a flat object with dotted path keys (the inverse of json_flatten). Numeric path parts become array indexes.

Name on the gateway: data__json_unflatten · read-only.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`json` required	`string`	A flat object, e.g. {"a.b": 1, "list.0": "x"}.
`separator`	`string`	Path separator. Default ".".

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
