Initialize Chat Media Upload

Initialize Chat Media Upload Initializes an XChat media upload session. [POST /2/chat/media/upload/initialize]

Name on the gateway: x_api__chat_media_upload_initialize · may change things.

Parameters

`conversation_id` required	`string`	The XChat conversation the upload belongs to.
`total_bytes` required	`integer`	Total size of the media upload in bytes.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
