Word frequency
An MCP tool from the Text Toolkit server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
The most frequent words in a text with counts and share, ignoring case and (by default) common English stop words. Use to see what a text is about or to find overused words.
Name on the gateway: text__word_frequency · read-only.
Parameters

text required | string | The text. |
top | integer | How many words to return. Default 20, max 200. |
min_length | integer | Ignore words shorter than this. Default 2. |
ignore_stop_words | boolean | Skip "the", "and" and so on. Default true. |
How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
