Url encode
An MCP tool from the Text Toolkit server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Percent-encode text for a URL. "component" encodes everything but unreserved characters (use for query values and path segments); "full" leaves URL syntax such as :/?#&= intact (use on a whole URL).
Name on the gateway: text__url_encode · read-only.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
