Hex encode

An MCP tool from the Text Toolkit server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Encode text (UTF-8) as lowercase hexadecimal, optionally with a separator between bytes.

Name on the gateway: text__hex_encode · read-only.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`text` required	`string`	Text to encode.
`separator`	`string`	Put this between bytes, e.g. " " or ":". Default none.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
