Hash text

An MCP tool from the Text Toolkit server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Hash a text with MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 or SHA-512 (UTF-8 input), as hex or base64. Use for checksums and fingerprints, not for passwords.

Name on the gateway: text__hash_text · read-only.

Parameters

How to call it

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
