Caesar cipher

An MCP tool from the Text Toolkit server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Shift the letters of a text by a number of positions (Caesar cipher; shift 13 is ROT13). Use a negative shift, or the same shift with decode=true, to reverse it. Non-letters are left alone.

Name on the gateway: text__caesar_cipher · read-only.

How to call it
