Creates a new API key for the project

An MCP tool from the Supabase Management API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Creates a new API key for the project [POST /v1/projects/{ref}/api-keys]

Name on the gateway: supabase_api__v1_create_project_api_key · may change things.
