Create a FinancialAccount Creates a new FinancialAccount. Each connected account can have up to three FinancialAccounts by default. [POST /v1/treasury/financial_accounts]

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
