Test mode: Update an OutboundPayment Updates a test mode created OutboundPayment with tracking details. The OutboundPayment must not be cancelable, and cannot be in the canceled or failed states. [POST /v1/test_helpers/treasury/outbound_payments/{id}]
Name on the gateway: stripe_api__post_test_helpers_treasury_outbound_payments_id · may change things.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
