Create a tax ID

An MCP tool from the Stripe API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Create a tax ID Creates a new account or customer tax_id object. [POST /v1/tax_ids]

Name on the gateway: stripe_api__post_tax_ids · may change things.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`expand`	`array`	Specifies which fields in the response should be expanded.
`owner`	`object`	The account or customer the tax ID belongs to. Defaults to owner[type]=self.
`type` required	`string`	Type of the tax ID, one of ad_nrt, ae_trn, al_tin, am_tin, ao_tin, ar_cuit…
`value` required	`string`	Value of the tax ID.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
