Parameters

`expand`	`array`	Specifies which fields in the response should be expanded.
`value_settings`	`object`	Fields that specify how to calculate a meter event's value.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
