Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`alert_type` required	`usage_threshold`	The type of alert to create.
`expand`	`array`	Specifies which fields in the response should be expanded.
`title` required	`string`	The title of the alert.
`usage_threshold`	`object`	The configuration of the usage threshold.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
