Retrieve an OutboundPayment

Retrieve an OutboundPayment Retrieves the details of an existing OutboundPayment by passing the unique OutboundPayment ID from either the OutboundPayment creation request or OutboundPayment list. [GET /v1/treasury/outbound_payments/{id}]
