Retrieve an exchange rate [Deprecated] The ExchangeRate APIs are deprecated. Please use the FX Quotes API instead. Retrieves the exchange rates from the given currency to every supported currency. [GET /v1/exchange_rates/{rate_id}]

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
