SwapPlan
An MCP tool from the Square API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
SwapPlan Schedules a SWAP_PLAN action to swap a subscription plan variation in an existing subscription. For more information, see Swap Subscription Plan Variations. [POST /v2/subscriptions/{subscription_id}/swap-plan]
Name on the gateway: square_api__swap_plan · may change things.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
