Update project data retention

An MCP tool from the OpenAI API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Parameters

`project_id` required	`string`	The ID of the project to update.
`retention_type` required	`organization_default \| none \| zero_data_retention \| modified_abuse_monitoring \| enhanced_zero_data_retention \| enhanced_modified_abuse_monitoring`	The desired project data retention type.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
