Create project user
An MCP tool from the OpenAI API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Create project user Adds a user to the project. Users must already be members of the organization to be added to a project. [POST /organization/projects/{project_id}/users]
Name on the gateway: openai_api__create_project_user · may change things.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
