Create items

An MCP tool from the OpenAI API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Create items in a conversation with the given ID. [POST /conversations/{conversation_id}/items]

Name on the gateway: openai_api__create_conversation_items · may change things.

Parameters

`conversation_id` required	`string`	The ID of the conversation to add the item to.
`include`	`array`	Additional fields to include in the response. See the include parameter for…
`items` required	`array`	The items to add to the conversation. You may add up to 20 items at a time.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
