Start an agent run

An MCP tool from the Netlify API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Start an agent run [POST /agent_runners]

Name on the gateway: netlify_api__create_agent_runner · may change things.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
