Add observations

An MCP tool from the Memory server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Add observations to existing entities. Returns what was actually added; existing observations are not duplicated.

Name on the gateway: memory__add_observations · may change things.

How to call it

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
