Loan emi
An MCP tool from the Calculators server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.
Monthly payment (EMI) for a loan or mortgage from principal, annual interest rate and term, with total interest, total paid and an optional year-by-year amortisation summary.
Name on the gateway: math__loan_emi · read-only.
Parameters

principal required | number | Amount borrowed. |
annual_rate required | number | Annual interest rate in percent, e.g. 8.5. |
years required | number | Term in years (fractions allowed). |
schedule | boolean | Include a yearly amortisation table. Default false. |
How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
