Unsuspend an app installation

An MCP tool from the GitHub API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Unsuspend an app installation Removes a GitHub App installation suspension. You must use a JWT to access this endpoint. [DELETE /app/installations/{installation_id}/suspended]
