List custom images for an organization OAuth tokens and personal access tokens (classic) need the manage_runners:org scope to use this endpoint. [GET /orgs/{org}/actions/hosted-runners/images/custom]

Name on the gateway: github_api__actions_list_custom_images_for_org · read-only.

How to call it
