Update Product Stock

Update Product Stock Set the on-hand quantity of a counted product at one location. Rejected with a 409 if it changed since expected_on_hand was read. [PATCH /v1/reception/products/{product_id}/stock]

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
