List Realtime Conversation Groups List the realtime conversation groups the current user can view. [GET /v1/convai/realtime/conversation-groups]
Name on the gateway: elevenlabs_api__list_conversation_groups_route · read-only.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
