Create Text Document

An MCP tool from the ElevenLabs API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

Create Text Document Create a knowledge base document containing the provided text. [POST /v1/convai/knowledge-base/text]

Name on the gateway: elevenlabs_api__create_text_document_route · may change things.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`text` required	`string`	Text content to be added to the knowledge base.
`name`	`string`	A custom, human-readable name for the document.
`parent_folder_id`	`string`	If set, the created document or folder will be placed inside the given folder.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
