Name on the gateway: elevenlabs_api__create_environment_variable · may change things.

Parameters

`label` required	`string`	Unique label for the environment variable.
`values` required	`object`	Environment-specific values. Must include 'production' key.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
