GetTriggerBySession reverse-looks-up the trigger that produced or binds a session. Returns the trigger that produced (fresh) or binds (reuse) the given session. Resolves to the row even after the trigger is soft-deleted. [GET /v2/agents/triggers/by-session/{session_id}]
