CreateTemplate creates a team custom template and kicks a build. Creates a team-owned template from a customer OCI ref rebased onto a base template. team_id is stamped from the authenticated principal. [POST /v2/agents/templates]

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
