Start a staged (large-file) workspace transfer. Creates an asynchronous, object-storage-backed transfer for payloads larger than the streaming path supports (> ~50 MiB). How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
