List operation labels Returns all managed and user-defined labels available for web and API operations in the zone. [GET /zones/{zone_id}/api_gateway/labels]
Name on the gateway: cloudflare_api__api_shield_labels_get_labels · read-only.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
