An MCP tool from the Cloudflare API server, hosted on mcp.hjlabs.in.

`roles`	`array`	Roles assigned to this member.
`status`	`accepted \| pending`	A member's status in the account.
`user`	`object`	Details of the user associated to the membership.

Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
