TagGraphArtifact
An MCP tool from the Apollo GraphOS server, run by Apollo.
Assign a tag to a graph artifact, the same write that `rover graph-artifact tag` performs. If the tag does not exist, it is created. If it exists, it moves to this artifact, and any router that fetches by that tag receives the new artifact. Returns the artifact's ID and digest, or an error with a message. Provide the graph ID, the tag name, and the artifact digest.

How to call it
Through the Smart Gateway, any client can run it by name with call_tool, or let the gateway find it with search_tools:
